European Union Youth Chess Championship 2010 has brought 245 participants from 29 countries to Mureck in Austria. Organiser Erich Gigerl is responisble for good conditions, but it is no easy task to bring about 400 people to some small village like Mureck. However, a new record shows that system works. 9 rounds were played in cultural hall and on 12th August we can introduce new champions in age categories U14, U12, U10 and U08 boys and girls.
